Below you will find the necessary criteria for each group:<\/p>\n<h3>People with Life Experience<\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">These are people who have lived experience with mental suffering and who are being cared for in the health centers participating in the research in <strong>Rio de Janeiro<\/strong> and <strong>Maputo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To participate, you must meet the following requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have life experience with psychosis, such as diagnoses of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder, for at least 2 years.<\/li>\n<li>Be between 24 and 55 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Have completed primary education onwards.<\/li>\n<li>Be under regular follow-up, at least monthly, at the health center participating in the research.<\/li>\n<li>Be in a stable clinical state for at least 6 months, adequately following treatment.<\/li>\n<li>Have the desire to transform your personal experience into knowledge to help other people.<\/li>\n<li>Be available to participate in seminars and group meetings at IPUB (Rio de Janeiro) or Eduardo Mondlane University (Maputo) and research activities in your neighborhood.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"my-custom-hr\" \/>\n<h3>Family members<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Being a close relative or primary caregiver of a person with the profile described above.<\/li>\n<li>Have the desire to transform your personal experience into knowledge to help other people.<\/li>\n<li>Be available to participate in seminars and group meetings at IPUB \u2013 UFRJ Institute of Psychiatry (Rio de Janeiro) or Eduardo Mondlane University (Maputo) and research activities in your neighborhood.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"my-custom-hr\" \/>\n<h3>Community Leaders<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Be an active member of the community with a history in neighborhood associations, collectives or social projects.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to communicate easily with residents and be interested in social justice and public health topics.<\/li>\n<li>Be available to participate in seminars and group meetings at IPUB (Rio de Janeiro) or Eduardo Mondlane University (Maputo) and research activities in your neighborhood.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"my-custom-hr\" \/>\n<h3>Healthcare Professionals<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have completed a technical or higher education degree in the health field (e.g. Psychology, Medicine, Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Work in health units participating in the project.<\/li>\n<li>Meet and have contact with a person with life experience at least monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Be available to participate in meetings in trialogical groups (person with life experience, family member\/community leader and health professional) at IPUB (Rio de Janeiro) or Eduardo Mondlane University (Maputo) every 2 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"my-custom-hr\" \/>\n<h3>General Observations<\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Voluntary Participation:<\/strong> All participants must sign an Informed Consent Form to participate in the research.<br>\n<strong>Free Training:<\/strong> The project offers all the theoretical and practical preparation necessary for the field investigation stages.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Still have questions about your profile?
